This course was last held Sept 2014.  It is not currently being offered, but can be set up as a custom course for groups. 

September is the abundance month.  Produce coming in from the garden, orchards and hedgerows.  Then there is preparing the beds for winter.

This seasonal course will help you cope and get excited about all the ways you can use nature's bounty using delicious recipes and simple techniques:  drying, preserving and lacto-fermenting and more.
